General Policy Concerning Advertising on our family of websites: This site is Copyright 2011 Mico Publications. All rights reserved. Reproduction in whole or in part in any form or medium without express written permission of The website owner is prohibited and strictly enforced. This site may contain physical addresses and/ or links to sites on the Internet owned and operated by third parties. We (the website owner/webmaster) are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any such third-party site. Information on this site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from infringement. The user assumes the entire risk as to the accuracy and the use of the content on this website. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this information, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
AVAILABILITY AND SCOPE OF OFFERS:
Since the internet goes into homes all over the world, some offers may be limited to certain geographic areas. Likewise, some offers may not be legal in some jurisdictions. It is the responsibility of the reader of our websites to determine if an offer is available to you at your location. It is also your responsibility to determine if an offer is legal at your location. Therefore, these type offers shall be deemed "void where prohibited".
REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final! Again, all sales are final! Should you decide to cancel your ad on any of our websites, the amount paid for such advertising is NOT credited for unused funds. For example, if you purchase an ad to appear for 1 year on our site and cancel the ad after just 1 week, your account will NOT be credited, there will be no balance to refund. However, if your paid ad is rejected by Mico Publications for reasons related to content or quality (technical or otherwise), your payment will be refunded, before being posted online.
Refunds are not provided - all payments are final except as noted above.
Under no circumstance are refunds provided for any portion of your order, even immediately following the completion of your order (the posting of your advertisement).
About our no refund policy:
This policy is completely in line with similar online services and products, such as Facebook "flyers", or "pay-per-click" impressions which also are non refundable. This type of policy is generally followed by all advertising media - once an ad had been published, aired, or posted online, no refund can be made for any reason.
There is no set, "industry standard," pricing model for on line advertising rates. On line advertising is valued on a per site basis, and priced at a set rate at the time of the transaction, based on certain private and public metrics. Once in motion, it is not possible to determine the value of unused impressions or views. Thus the intial price is valid for even one impression or one view. This information is not provided as a means of debate - it is provided as a courtesy and as a point of set policy. We do not debate or discuss this policy beyond the information found here.
Finally, at no time shall a change in any or our online traffic level, usage level, types of users, location of originating traffic, nor user or page count, constitute grounds for a refund of advertising fees in any portion, nor shall these conditions be basis for complaint or failure to receive your desired result. We cannot guarantee any result nor metric, other than the duration of time which we show your paid advertisement, in accordance with your purchase, and the terms of each specific purchase.
Bottom line: be sure you want to purchase the ad you are purchasing. There is no turning back.

Poor Quality Copy Submitted To Us:
We sometimes receive copy to be scanned and posted on our website(s) that is not of good quality.
We do our best to "clean up" poor quality copy but there is a limit to what we can do.
Generally speaking, if copy looks bad to you when you are holding it in your hand and looking at it, then it will look as bad when it is scanned and posted.
To get the best results, always try to send original circulars or 1st generation copies, printed on one side only, and unfolded. The more a circular has been copied or printed, the poorer it will show when scanned and posted. We are just as interested in having good sharp quality images on our websites as you are. Poor quality diminishes the standards we try to achieve.
We also understand that the copy you send can't always be top-notch. Therefore, we accept all orders and do what "clean up" we can, then post the circulars to our websites. Once posted and made viewable to the public, our work has been done. We do not offer refunds unless we do something incorrectly.
We do, however, offer to re-post your circular(s) if you obtain better quality copies at a later date. A rescan and reposting of the same identical circular will be done for a fee of $3.00 per side regardless of the number of sites posted to.
Please be assured that we appreciate your orders and strive to do our best job for you in order to attract viewers and make sales for you. Only when your business is successful, is our business successful.

Postage and Handling Charges:
Many of our offers follow the industry standard and ask for an additional amount for Postage and Handling charges. This may be in the form of extra cash, postage stamps or a L.S.A.S.E. (long self addressed, STAMPED envelope). Some customers seem to see no problem in "overlooking" this charge. Profit margins in this business are very low, and Postage/handling charges ARE a part of the price of the offer or item being advertised. Failure to include the postage/handling charge may result in one of the following actions: Your order will be filled but you will not receive an acknowledgement with addtional special offers. Or, your order may be pro-rated in a way to compensate for the shortage (such as, shorter "run" time for ads, lesser circulation or exposure, or other adjustments as appropriate.) If you don't want to send a postage stamp or LSASE with your order, you may substitute cash at the following rate: $1.00 for a LSASE, 50ยข for each loose first class stamp(s) requested with the order (Payable in increments of $1 for 1 or 2 stamps, $2 for 3 or 4 stamps, etc. In other words, don't send loose coins in the mail).
Dealership Information:
Dealerships are available on many of my advertising products. Dealers receiving a dealership agree that they will abide by all rules and stipulations of such dealership, which are provided here and with information sent to dealer. This includes all future amendments and changes to such dealership as determined by prime source.
Dealers will promote such dealerships in a professional and honest manner, will not make statements concerning the dealership that aren't supported by the prime source, will not change any provisions of the dealership, will not discount dealerships without permission of sponsor, nor make any other changes to said dealership not mentioned here.
Dealers are expected to collect all advertising, payments, stamps or LSASE's required from the customer. Dealer is then required to send the prime source the advertising material as received along with prime source's portion of the payment and postage. If dealer fails to collect the full amount from the customer, the dealer does not have the right to "short" the prime source of his agreed upon portion. Failure to send the prime source the full amount required (cash payment and postage/SASE's) may result in voiding the customer's order or a pro-rated version of the offer being filled for the customer.
Payment Information:
Mico Publications accepts payment as follows: U.S. Cash or U.S. Post Office Money Orders (No money orders for amounts of less than $5.00) We DO NOT accept personal checks except by prior arrangement from a well known, long time customer. When postage stamps or LSASE are requested in the advertising offer, This IS NOT AN OPTION! This is part of the payment and failure to provide stamps or LSASE will result in your offer being voided or pro-rated for a lesser offer as solely determined by Mico Publications.
Sending of "used" postage stamps (either loose or attached to a LSASE is the same as sending NO stamps or LSASE and will result in offer being pro-rated for a lesser offer as solely determined by Mico Publications.
In General, we abide by common business practices and procedures with regards to all unwritten policy information. However, if you have a question about our policy on any given matter not detailed above, please contact us regarding such matter BEFORE placing and order with us. The nature of our business is such that processing an order and posting an advertisement on one of our websites is a major portion of our business expense. Therefore, once processed and posted, the work has been done and unless there is a mistake on our part, there is no going back. Be sure you are aware of our policies and procedures before ordering for us. Please don't ask us to replace your ad with another one after the first one has been posted. We operate on a very thin profit margin and doubling our work on an order is not economically feasible.
Notice to Advertisers Concerning Reduced Size Circulars and Copy-Condensed Circulars:
In an effort to save money, some dealers are reducing 2 - 8x11" circulars by 50% or more to fit them onto 1 - 8x11" page. Other dealers are condensing the size of the print to a very small, compressed size, thereby fitting 2 or 3 pages worth or print on just 1 - 8x11" circular.
While this is a noble effort to reduce your mailing/advertising costs, it many times produces circulars that don't reprint well or are extremely hard to read with the naked eye. Most readers are not going to search for a magnifying glass to read your circulars, so they just toss them in the trash.
This also translates to the way the circulars look when posted online. Some circulars that have been "reduced" by the above mentioned methods turn out so small, they can barely be read. Others seem to blur. Some, if printed sharply on a laser printer, will appear acceptable.
My policy on this matter is that I do accept "Reduced" circulars but only at the Advertiser's risk. I will do my best to make the clearest scan I can and post the circular at it's maximum allowed size (as determined by the webhosting service), but I can not be responsible if the circular is not as clear and readable as a full size circular.
Do yourself and your potential customers a favor. Send in your best, sharpest circulars to be posted online. Sometimes that will mean sending full size versions of your ads, instead of reduced sized circulars.
NOTICE to Advertisers Concerning Orders for Unspecified Offers:
I operate 25 websites with different rates and offers. I also mail out promotional newsletter many time yearly. I also have many offers circulating in print publications. At any given time, I may have as many as 100 offers being promoted thru these various mediums. Please, when sending in an order, include the ad or circular your are ordering from, or specify which offer and website you saw the offer on.
I receive each month, various orders with just an ad and an amount of money with a note saying "this is for your offer". Would you send an order to Sears or L.L. Bean or other such company with a $20 bill and say "Send me your product"? Of course you wouldn't, so why would you do it to a "mail order" dealer?
In these instances of "Unspecified Orders", I reserve the right to match the amount of payment and type of ad to one of my current offers or current ad rates and process these orders accordingly. If you aren't happy with my decision, I will change your order for a charge equal to 50% of the original amount of the order.
Numbers, Hits, Views and Other Website Questions:
We are sometimes asked how our websites are promoted and how many people view our sites. We advertise our websites online, in mail order trade publications and thru direct mailings to our customers. Specific search engine searches will many time point to offers on our sites. Generally speaking, our websites receive around the same amount of views as most mail order trade publications claim in their circulation numbers, between 10,000 and 20,000 views per month. Does this mean that everyone that views a website will buy something from it? Of course not, no more than readers will buy every time they read a tabloid mail order publication or ad sheet. Can I guarantee that you will get results from your ads on my sites? Of course not, no more than publishers of the print publications can make that guarantee. Your success depends largely on your offer, its appeal the the general viewer, and how many other people are promoting the same offer, both online and thru other media. It is thru having a presence of your offer on many different media that determines how successful you are. Should you only advertise on my sites? NO....no more than you should put all your advertising dollars into any one publication or adsheet or all your budget to send out flyers by mail. It is thru utilizing all these methods of advertising that you will be given the best chance of being successful with your offers.
